In order to register your product for its Lifetime Warranty, please complete the form below. Please note that only new products can be registered – second-hand or resold products are not eligible for registration. You will be sent a confirmation email that your registration has been received.

Fields marked with * are required. Registering your product without the correct Model and Serial number will invalidate the warranty. Terms and conditions below. Please check the soundhole image below to ensure you are inputting the right information.

Please note, the following models are excluded from our Lifetime Warranty: MFS44, MFS34, MFS34PUR, MFS34BL, MFS12, MFS12BL, MFS12PUR and all ukuleles.

*The lifetime warranty applies to all matters relating to manufacture and construction, and are at the discretion of Freshman Guitars at all times. Every guitar is unique and is subjected to natural movement throughout the seasons. Your guitar must be checked by a qualified technician on a regular basis to maintain playability and address issues such as fret dressing and crowning, treatment of the fingerboard and bridge, general set up and machine head functionality. Proof of maintenance will be requested. Ensure the guitar is stored in a stable and correctly regulated environment, and should be allowed time to acclimatise if taken from one extreme temperature to another.

Any adjustments or customisation to the guitar that are conducted by an unqualified technician may void the warranty.
General wear and tear issues are not covered. If in any doubt relating to the above, please consult with the Freshman store of purchase.

Lifetime Warranties only apply to new guitars purchased after April 2013.
